SpillTrapper® is a specialist absorbent mat designed to sit beneath plant, machinery, vehicles, generators, tanks and other equipment that may release oil or fuel during use, storage or maintenance.
Unlike an ordinary loose absorbent pad, SpillTrapper combines an oil-selective absorbent core with a tough upper mesh, protective edging and a hard-wearing backing layer. The construction helps retain absorbed hydrocarbon liquid inside the mat while allowing clean rainwater to pass through and drain away.
This makes SpillTrapper especially useful on construction sites, transport yards, outdoor maintenance areas, rail facilities and industrial locations where conventional drip trays may be awkward to position or could fill with rainwater.

Important Product Selection and Safety Information
SpillTrapper is intended for compatible oils, fuels and other hydrocarbon liquids. It should not be assumed to be suitable for acids, alkalis, oxidising chemicals, water-based process liquids or unidentified substances.
Absorption does not neutralise a fuel or remove its flammable, toxic or environmental hazards. A used mat may retain combustible liquid and should be handled, stored and disposed of according to the substance absorbed and the applicable site procedure.
Position the mat on a stable surface where it will collect leaks without creating a trip, slip or entanglement hazard. Do not place it where wheels, tracks, stabilisers or concentrated loads could damage the mat unless the product instructions specifically allow that use.
Inspect the mat regularly and replace it before saturation, damage, delamination or loss of oil-retention performance. Clean rainwater may drain through the mat, but contaminated water or emulsified liquid must not be allowed to escape into drains, soil or surface water.
